Hawk's Nest:
Sleeps 2 adults, plus 1 or 2 children
Monday-Sunday:  $195 per night + taxes
also $15/each guest above 2 guests/night
Hot tub fee:  $50 per stay

The Eagle's Nest:  
Sleeps 6
Monday-Sunday: ($215) per night + taxes
also $15/each guest above 2 guests/night or
$30/extra bedroom per night
Hot tub fee:  $50 per stay
